Please have in mind Pool, BBQ Grill and firepit are per request*** Other things to note The RV has a 20 gallon water tank, the water heater takes 30 min to heat whole tank. It will give you 15-20 min shower, after that you will have to wait 30 mins for it to heat again the whole tank we live in the property with our dogs ☺️
