Set back a stones throw from the bay of Lake Windermere, the •new• lakeside view retreat is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy beautiful woodland / lake surroundings. Situated at White Cross Bay resort, in the most desirable spot of Pony Meadow; this quaint, comfortable home offers the perfect location for your walking and water activities here in the lakes. Nestled between the renowned idyllic towns of Ambleside, Windermere and Bowness; you’ll also have the perfect base from which to explore. The space Brand new lakeside holiday home! The home is accessed by 4 steps. The home is then on the same ground floor level THE SPACE Relax and unwind in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This area also houses the pull out sofa bed which sleeps 2 people. Main bedroom The main bedroom hosts a comfy double bed, wardrobe dressing table area. Second bedroom The second bedroom hosts two single beds Bathroom includes WC, sink and shower cubicle. Towels and bedding included. For a small fee you have acces to the resorts pool, sauna and steam room hot tub and children’s activities. Please ask at reception for passes and details. The onsite bar offers food drinks and entertainment. There’s also a shop, games arcade, play parks for children and a laundrette. Please ask at reception for passes and details. Our home is independent of Park Dean Resorts. The onsite bar offers food drinks and entertainment. There’s also a shop and arcade Hen and Stag parties are not permitted at this lodge or on the Park. Smoking is also not permitted within the accommodation. The park offers a free WiFi service and this will be available for guests to use. It is however not the most reliable. We are in the process of installing a 5G booster to improve upon this service, but in the meantime, please manage expectations of its functionality. The area however does offer strong mobile signal. There is a small grassy area attached to the property at the rear, this is also your space to be enjoyed. When booking please book for the correct number of guests that will be staying.
