The Jennings House

Relax in this unique space. Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Lake City, this quiet setting enhances your stay . It’s less than a mile’s stroll to our downtown shopping and dining, our beautiful lake with its perimeter boardwalk, pickle ball and tennis courts or everything else our quaint town offers along with its southern hospitality. The space The house built in 1947. The it was designed by the original owner’s son to exhibit a southwestern flair. The stucco finish and kitchen and bathroom upgrades were done in the early 1970’s by the original owner’s daughter and her husband. We completed our renovations early this year, which included new heating and air conditioning, flooring and painting throughout. Guest access Full access to the house and property.
