This ground floor annex comprises a double bedroom with tea/coffee making facilities, ensuite bathroom and sun room. It is accessed by a separate entrance to the main house. Driveway parking available. Guests can enjoy access to the large gardens, hot tub and shared kitchen facilities (indoor and outdoor). Yoga, massage and acupuncture can be arranged in the garden studio. Please note this annex is attached (via sliding glass door from the sun room) to a family home with 3 children and a cat!
