Shared outdoor pool, well-kept rooms, central location within walking distance of the Terme di Boario and 15 minutes from Lake Iseo make the stay ideal for a wellness weekend. ⛰ The Mountain apartment is perfect for those who want more interior space, while still enjoying a functional balcony with a direct view of the mountains The space 🔑 The vacation home, about 50 square meters, is a modern and functional design space, designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests in a relaxing and well-kept atmosphere. The rooms are bright and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay in Boario Terme. 🛋 The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for short stays or romantic weekends. 🛌 The sleeping area is tastefully furnished and equipped with a double bed with the indispensable memory foam topper, quality linen and space to store your personal belongings, offering a quiet environment for a restful sleep. If you need more space, there is a second wardrobe at the entrance, to store suitcases and clothing. 🚿 The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower, soft towels and bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. The sink area is separated from the sanitary area 🍃 The balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains is equipped with sofas with a coffee table and allows you to store your towels after a hike on Lake Iseo or a refreshment in our pool. 🏊‍♂️ Guests can enjoy the shared outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing on the hottest days. 📍The location is central and allows you to easily reach the Terme di Boario in a few steps. We are also on the main road that leads to Lake Iseo in just 15 minutes by car. Guest access 👫 Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The swimming pool is shared with other guests of the accommodation. I will be waiting for you at the reception of the "Hotel Brescia" in via Zanardelli, 6 in Boario Terme (in front of the apartment) both for check-in (from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) and for check-out (by 11:00 a.m.). Upon arrival you can comfortably park your car in the hotel's indoor/outdoor parking lot and pick up the apartment keys at the reception. If you arrive before 2:00 p.m., and in any case throughout your stay, you can take advantage of the following free services agreed with the hotel: indoor/outdoor parking, outdoor swimming pool (from the beginning of April to the end of September, request a reservation for the Terme di Boario SPA (advance booking recommended), access the Ski&Bike room and ask for information on excursions of any kind. We may also offer the following discounted paid services: e-bike and muscle bike rental, laundry, buffet breakfast, bar, restaurant for lunch/dinner, cleaning and linen change during your stay.
