Situated near the top ski and mountain bike attractions in central Vermont, incredible trails, Middlebury, Rutland, Killington, Pico, Mountain Top Resort, and 45 minutes east of Woodstock, this couldn't be in a better location. This property has been in existence since 1832, and lovingly maintained with a backdrop of the Adirondacks beyond the picturesque pasture. Small but comfortable. The space This is an upstairs unit with a kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom accessible through the bedroom. A pullout sofa can accommodate 2 guests. There is a queen size memory foam mattress in the bedroom. As characteristic to older New England properties the stairs are a bit steep. Guest access Feel free to explore the back of the property. For your safety please do not go into the barn. It is in the process of being restored. Mosquitos, ticks, and other bugs are part of nature here, please take precautions. Other things to note Please note that guests must be 21 years old or older. Absolutely no tobacco use. This is a peaceful and quiet setting, please respect the guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
