Farmhouse in the heart of Lauragais

Beautiful farmhouse typical of the region, very bright with panoramic views of the Pyrenees. Located 30 minutes from Toulouse, it is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to recharge your batteries, play sports, enjoy nature and the cultural richness of Occitania while having the opportunity to work remotely in the best conditions. The 350 m² house with no immediate neighbors and its 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 13 people. The space The ground floor consists of a living area with: • The entrance • The dining room • A large living room of 60 m² • A 40 m² kitchen overlooking an awning • A utility room with freezer, washing machine and dryer. A sleeping area with a hallway serving: • A bedroom with a double bed of 160 • A bedroom with three single beds • A master bedroom with bathroom and toilet and a 180 cm double bed (possibility of having two single beds) • A large bathroom (bathtub and shower) • A separate toilet • An office The floor includes: • One bedroom with 2 single beds • A bedroom with a double bed of 140 • A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed • A bathroom with walk-in shower • A separate toilet, Linens available as an option (€10 per bed) The 7000 m² open wooded garden: South side: A 12 m * 6 m swimming pool In the summer you can enjoy meals in the shade of two beautiful maple trees, or under the awning directly accessible by the kitchen. A plancha and a barbecue are available. North side: Between the garden and the facade of the house, enjoy a large gravel area to play pétanque and mölkky. You will probably come across squirrels, hares, with a little luck deer and also Flora our cat who lives on site all year round. Other things to note In order to preserve the calm and family character of the house, we favor quiet stays and do not accept bookings for bachelor/bachelorette parties.
