This 36' Silverback Fifth Wheel Camper with 3 slide-outs offers a quiet retreat just outside the Greater Birmingham area, but miles away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. This well appointed camper has 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bath, full kitchen, dining area, living room with futon sofa and access to a full size washer/dryer on the property. Located on a 1/2 acre lot at JB’s Landing RV Park, you'll have everything you need and all the privacy that you want. Month to month available. The space This camper is located at JB’s Landing, a small, private rental community that we own. There is one cottage, 3 mobile homes and 5 additional RV campsites in the park. Each lot is spacious with plenty of parking. We ask that you respect the privacy of our full time tenants. The Silverback has undergone recent improvements and upgrades, including a new roof air thermostat and additional supplemental A/C in the living room, so you’ll stay cool and comfortable. This is a PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY but we do require that you disclose you are traveling with a pet, no more than 35 lbs, must be spayed/neutered, and it must be crated if left alone. “Service Dogs” must never be left alone, as they should be with you at all times, providing a service 😉. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pet and any violation of the pet policy will result in a $500 fee. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: No illegal substances are allowed on the property, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued. Guest access You'll have the camper to yourself and plenty of room on the 1/2 acre lot with ample parking.
