Charming, spacious and cozy house, decorated with lots of art. On 500 meters of land and 450m of floor space, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites (one with a bathtub) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 living rooms, 1 with a fireplace, dining room, large kitchen, garden, barbecue and garage for 3 cars and 2 Bikes. The space The house has wifi in all rooms, a fireplace, a large TV in the fireplace room, another in the TV room, and a smart TV in the master suite. The house is a 5-minute walk from Ibirapuera Park, 10 minutes from the UNIQUE Hotel, and a few steps away you have great restaurants, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets and the newest Patio Pamplona mall that has the best restaurants, stores, large market and movie theaters. The rental fee includes the cleaning services of the outdoor area and garden by our trusted employee (Maria) who has worked for us for more than 10 years. She will be available to resolve any issues that arise during the stay. Please note: The advertised daily rate is only valid for regular stays for up to 4 people, and each additional person will incur an extra fee up to a maximum of 8 people in total.
