House in the center of the village

Atypical 80 m2 house with garden and terrace, in a nice village and a quiet one-way street. The house is close to shops (grocery store, bakery, bar, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser). Parking for 2 cars on the property. 40 min train ride from Gare du Nord, "Rieux – Angicourt" stop. The house is a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second independent house at the back of the property. The space The 2 bedrooms with double beds are upstairs. A double sofa bed is located in the downstairs library/office room. The 3rd double bed is on a mezzanine accessible via a ladder; it should be reserved for very agile people (not suitable for children under 12 or for people who need to get up at night). The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find some basics, salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, chocolate powder. The grocery store and shops are all 2 minutes from the house. Nespresso machine with a few cartridges in advance to welcome you. An independent room can be an office, a game room, an artist's studio in residence. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house Other things to note No smoking inside the house. No pets are allowed. (We have two cats). Parties only upon request.
