Step inside to a clean, luxurious space designed for comfort and style. The first floor offers a cozy queen bedroom with its own bathroom, providing extra privacy. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a massive island and pantry, perfect for preparing meals. The adjoining dining area and living room, with a large smart TV, and sleeper sofa, create an inviting space for relaxation. Step out onto the balcony with bistro set for a breath of fresh air. The third floor includes two more bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a work desk and ensuite bathroom, and a king bedroom that offers the height of luxury. This primary suite includes a plush bed, vanity, smart TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a rain shower, soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. An in-unit laundry on this floor adds convenience. Climb the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck, an ideal spot for lounging and taking in the views. With free garage and street parking, getting around is a breeze, and pets are welcome too. Here are some major distances from the house: UT Stadium: About 0.5 miles Texas State Capitol: Approximately 1.5 miles 6th St: Around 1.8 miles Convention Center: Close to 2.3 miles South Congress Shopping: About 3.5 miles Lady Bird Lake: Roughly 2.5 miles Zilker Park/Barton Springs: Around 4 miles Austin Airport: Approximately 10 miles​ Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home plus garage, balcony and roof deck. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties. 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
