Travelers looking for accommodations of 12 weeks or more: Look no further because you've found your temporary home within our home! This delightful, INCREDIBLY spacious, cozy, newly updated home has a HUGE bedroom and private bathroom waiting for you to settle into. The private room includes a large smart TV, a large mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, large closet, work desk, dining table & 2 chair, microwave, plus a Queen Size bed. Private entrance. No other bedrooms on lower level. The space We are seeking 1 or 2 guests who are ideally working individuals, and who are OK with us (my husband and I) using the basement gym next to the Guest's bedroom in the morning, sometime between the hours of 5:15 - 8:15AM. We will do our absolute best to keep noise down but it's possible you may hear some clanging of weights or treadmill (the rooms are separated by a cinder block wall and drywall.) We are looking for someone who will either not be bothered by the potential for noise in the AM, or who will be gone to work / getting ready for work around this time. We both work during the day and will never need to be in the basement at any other time except to use the gym, and once in a great while to access storage. Guests are welcome to use the gym other than in the early morning, the kitchen and all utensils, laundry room and also the extra fridge and freezer in the garage. Note that we will be using the kitchen pretty much nightly between the hours of about 6-9pm cooking dinner and preparing for the next day (Mon-Fri). We have a super friendly 45lb dog and an equally friendly cat, who stay on the main level. Guest access Guests may use the private entrance on the lower level if they choose. Guests are welcome to park near this entrance, but it is grassy and not paved until you reach the paved landing at the door. Guests may use washer and dryer on main level. Guests may use the additional fridge/freezer in garage, or deep freezer which will be on the lower level. Guests may use the gym other than in the AM when we are typically occupying it. Guests may use the kitchen and any cooking utensils. We are usually in the kitchen in the AM before work (between 7-8AM ish) and in the evening (between hours of about 6-8:30PM) Guests may also use the backyard patio/seating. During your stay We live here of course so we'll be available if/when we're needed! Other things to note We live in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end court of only 4 homes. Within 5 minutes of the grocery store, and 6 minutes of the Hennepin canal biking/running trail.
