2024 newly remodeled. It is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, gas stations, freeway entrance, and the temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and friendly. We DO NOT accept pets, smoking, any sort of candle lighting (due to safety hazards), drinking, or some sort of illegal drugs or weapons. The space Welcome to your private room in our cozy family home. You will be sharing a home with two other guests. A key will be provided to reassure your privacy. The room comes along with shared laundry machines and a shared full bathroom. In addition, the White Dove includes a full shared kitchen with all you need to make your perfect meal. This incudes a blender, toaster, rice maker, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, pans, and other tableware. Each guest has their own set of tableware that they are free to use. Make sure you clean up after yourself when using the kitchen and bathroom. Feel free to use the salt, pepper, and other things included. This room is limited to the main floor only, due to other guests staying in the first floor of the house. Guests have access to all the shared space included in your stay. Our names are Olga and Demetrio, we are the hosts of this listing. We do our best to clean and fix anything up without bothering our guests. However, we do enjoy meeting our guests and doing what we can to solve any problems or concerns. You may park your car only around the curbs of the house. Remember that there are other guests staying with you so be considerate of the parking space. Our lovely home is located in a calm and safe neighborhood. The streets are clear and the weather is perfect for walks around the neighborhood. Guest access The private room is located in the main part of the house, you will find the door marked “2 A”. (Main entrance, four steps to the right at the second door). The shared areas are located in the main part of the house: living room, kitchen, washer, dryer and bathroom. You can also enjoy the patio where you will find two garden benches. (You can only use the shared areas, and it is strictly forbidden to enter open and clean rooms or enter the basement). On the hall table located in the living room, you will find a welcome book that contains important information as well as the house rules.
