Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms (each with a ceiling fan/light, smart tv, dresser and closet) and another full bath with a bath tub and shower. During non-winter months there is a parking pad on the side street (S. Iroquois) with room for several vehicles and the private back yard with a fire pit is a pleasant place to spend some quality outdoor time with family and friends. Both front and back entrances have generous sized mudrooms with lots of space for winter attire and shoes for those who love skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, and other winter activities.
