Welcome to Evans Lake Waterfront in Irish Hills! This lake retreat features a private beach and is minutes from Wampler's and Sand Lake. Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake. The space This is a private home with a beach, dock, and lake access across the street. There are three dedicated bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed, one with a full-sized bed, and one with two sets of bunk beds). There is a game room with a pull-out couch, a kitchen that leads into the dining room, a family room, and two full-sized bathrooms. A balcony is located off the master bedroom, and a patio is right outside the front door. The views of the lake are spectacular! There are four kayaks, a paddle boat and a canoe for your enjoyment of the lake, along with plenty of life vests in the downstairs closet. Guest access Please note there is no boat access currently available. Other things to note Our neighbors are older and can be a bit particular. Please do not park on their side of the driveway.
