Albau apartment in loft style

Welcome to our pretty apartment in the Brötzingen district of Pforzheim. The space The apartment is on two levels. At the front you enter the 1st floor directly into the living room and behind it via the passage the kitchen with practical pass-through to the living room. Right next to the kitchen is the spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and shower. In the passage to the two bedrooms, it goes down a few steps. In the mini room there is a single bed and a small dresser. The larger room can accommodate up to two people. In the living room, the sofa can be folded down as a 4th sleeping option. One infant is welcome free of charge. If there are more toddlers, please ask in advance. Guest access The apartment is completely and exclusively available to our guests. In the laundry room there is also a washer-dryer that is shared with the neighboring apartment. Other things to note Free parking is right around the house and is usually easy to get. We are happy to give tips. The washer-dryer (washing machine with dryer function in one) is in the washing machine room in the basement. Please contact us if you would like to wash - we will show you everything! :-) The journey can be made very comfortably by train. The station "Brötzingen Mitte" is only a 2-minute walk away. Some bus lines are also very close. Bus stop 11 is 100 m away, which takes you in approx. 10 minutes to Wilferdinger Höhe, for example, to the Arcus Sports Clinic or Siloah Hospital. By car, you can get to the apartment's address relatively quickly from the West highway exit. Parking in the busy Brötzingen district is sometimes easier and sometimes you have to look for something. Feel free to contact us for tips. Parking space: A private parking space can be used free of charge upon request (only if available). The parking space is about a 6-minute walk from the apartment. There are relatively many free parking spaces directly at the house, but they can also be occupied. Please do not smoke in the apartment, but go outside the front door. The separation of garbage must be strictly observed, old glass must be taken to a public container. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
