Lake O access with boat house

Take time off to go fishing on world renown Lake Okeechobee. Make a cup of coffee, walk out your back door, jump on your boat under the covered boathouse, and you are on the water! Once you've caught your limit, come back in to grill up your catch. Later on, soak in the peace and quiet while watching the sunset in the relaxing outdoor seating area. Then tomorrow rinse and repeat. This is lake house living at its best!! The House: Each bedroom has its own bathroom making it perfect for groups. The space If you're looking to park boats with trailers, here is our available parking options: We have a double driveway that is 45' long and can fit two boats and trucks. The carport clearance is 83" so check your power-pole height to make sure it can fit. There is one truck & boat parking spot on the side of the house as well. No parking in the front yard because of our septic. If your boat is taller or if needed, we've also had people park in the median with their boats. It's a grassy area in front of our house between the lanes. The street is a dead end so we don't get any through traffic and it's mostly only neighbors driving by. We have a fish cleaning station by the boathouse making it perfect for cleanup after a successful day of fishing. There is a dart board in the garage for your enjoyment. The golf cart in the garage is not available for guest use. We have cameras on all 4 corners of the house and in the boathouse. The doorbell is also a camera so if you have food delivered, please have them knock. Guest access You have access to the entire property including the garage and boathouse with the screened in room. The shed is locked and no access is permitted. Other things to note The second King is a convertible king with easy to pull out bottom and flipping of the mattress. This room also has it's own exit via a large sliding glass door. One couch is a sofa bed and the other is a queen sleeper. There are sheets and blankets in the respective ottomans. Using the boat house- If you want to bring your boat up to the back yard and use the locks right by our house to access the lake, please be sure to check the lake levels. Google "lake Okeechobee depth today" and click on the US Army Corp of Engineers website. If the lake levels fall below 13.5 feet, the Pierce Canal that runs to the lake is very shallow. They will close down the locks when it gets closer to 12ft. However; there are still plenty of fish in the rim canal. :) Most of our guest choose to trailer to the C. Scott Driver Park which is about 5 minutes away.
