Private backyard, Our renovated private guest suite is located on Woodland Hills neighborhood 12 miles from Topanga Beach, 17 miles from Malibu, 18 miles from Santa Monica and 16 miles from Universal Studios. If you prefer to be "off the beaten path" but yet close enough to enjoy the conveniences of town-this is the spot for you! Welcome to Woodland Hills! Experience all Los Angeles has to offer with the convenience and quietness of a family neighborhood. The space Our Studio Guess house had one bathroom( please know that the bathroom has 2 steps so please check the picture if you are able to go up the steps) Suites has everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The breakfast/sitting room features a comfortable couch, One Tall coffee table and One Small coffee table and a big TV access to Netflix. The bedroom has a new queen size bed and another Bed Sofa and large closet. There is a medium-size window facing the backyard/hillside that allows for lots of airflow into the room.
