Nature cottage in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes

Our gîte has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen, some games for children and adults and 1 fun pool house Ideal: 8 to 11 people. Wood: to be ordered on request Jacuzzi: included May - September / paid October - April The space The accommodation has on the ground floor: - a large dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge - a back kitchen area ideal for storing your belongings - a toilet On the 1st floor: - 1 large living room with TV - 1 drawing area for children - 1 large bathroom with washer and dryer - 1 small bathroom - 1 toilet - 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed - 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 extra bed - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 sofa bed - 1 walkway that gives access to the back of the property In complete transparency, the accommodation is ideal for 8 to 11 people. Outside: - 1 parking lot with 6 private spaces - 1 garage to store bicycles (upon request) + enough to clean them - 1 covered outdoor Jacuzzi - 1 brazier corner (wood provided on request) - 1 terrace with 1 table for 11 people - 1 playground (note the playground is 20 meters from the terrace, but fully fenced and overlooking the back forest) - Jacuzzi: included from May to September / paid on request from October to April - Brazier and wood stove: €10 for 1 box of wood (with kindling, firewood & firelighter) The garden overlooks a forest at the back and a road at the front. Although we are in a cul-de-sac in the countryside, a few vehicles can pass during the day, but the speed is limited and everyone knows each other and drives slowly, being attentive to children. A stream is next to the cottage and goes to a large stream 100 meters away, right next to a large bike path that allows for beautiful walks. Due to problems with pets, we only accept pets UPON REQUEST! To be discussed before any booking if you'd like to come with your dogs or other pets! Guest access The gîte is located in the lower part of the village of Hollange. Once you pass the center of the village, you go down the road and take the road on your right at the Y. You drive and the gîte is towards the end of the small country road in cul-de-sac on the left of the road. The gîte has a large private stone parking lot, where you can park up to 8 cars without problems. You can unload your luggage directly on our paved driveway. Other things to note We specify that our gîte is an old traditional Ardennes house, with a fairly low kitchen, multiple volumes distributed differently than a traditional modern house. In addition, although the exteriors are, in our opinion, ideal for families with children, there is a road and a stream at a distance that require supervision on your part.
