Relax and unwind with this modern 6 birth/3 bedrooms holiday home with all the amenities included, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the park. Spacious living area with a comfortable sofa replacing the fixed sofa bed and with the views from the private decking. Minutes away from the entertainment and restaurant areas. A 5 minute walk to the beautiful 5 mile long stretch of golden sand beach enjoyable for all the family with restaurants on the beach front. 2 main double beds and 2 single beds. The space 3 Bedrooms - Main bedroom is a double bed, Second bedroom is a double bed and the Third bedroom has 2 single beds. Living Room - Caravan sofa/sofa bed removed and replaced with a comfy sofa. Kitchen - Full kitchen, amenities all included. Also Air Fryer included. Decking - Garden furniture included, please place cushions inside during the night. If outdoor furniture has rain/weather damage there will be a charge! Bathrooms - A toilet and shower room and a second toilet room. All the below is provided with your stay - Linen, towels, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet, hand towels, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, kitchen paper, sponge, cloth. Nothing to do with food is provided due to health and safety. This is a self catering stay. Other things to note Clubhouse/Entertainment/Swimming - On arrival if you require using these facilities, you will need to head to reception to purchase the passes to use for your stay.
