Cozy (old) beachfront house. Great location, close to restaurants, beach kiosk, Ardenthia Shopping Mall, supermarkets. Everything is a maximum 15-minute walk. The space The house has 1 en-suite, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Barbecue, cold shower in the garden, beach chairs and umbrella, parking for 2 cars. No parties, courses or events of any kind are allowed. Loud noise. Please respect the neighbors
