Jena can be reached in a few minutes by car or train The space The apartment "Elfriede" is ideal for families and friends. It is located on the upper floor of Villa Levin. Access is via the main entrance. The 65 square meter apartment has a cozy bedroom, a living/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a balcony. +++Sleeping+++ In the master bedroom you will find a spacious king-size box-spring bed (180*200 cm) and in the living/sleeping area a cozy box-spring bed with 140*200 cm. We will make the beds fresh for you before your arrival and provide plenty of towels. If required, an extra bed can be added for a toddler up to 24 months. +++Living+++ The spacious living room has seating for 4 people. The living area is made of light brown genuine leather and invites you to linger together. A special highlight is the home theater. The screen size is over 250 cm and the sound comes from a soundbar with Dolby Atmos 5.1 and an additional subwoofer. You can choose your program via a Fire TV stick. You can also play your own music via Bluetooth via the soundbar. +++Cooking+++ The spacious kitchen invites you to socialize. Here you will find four seats. The kitchen is kept in high-gloss white and fully equipped. The towel radiator pleasantly warms the towels. In addition, a washer-dryer is available for you. +++Working+++ If you feel like working, you can use the desk in the living room area. The beautiful view over the adjacent fields and forests will inspire you. Fast Wi-Fi is available. +++Balcony+++ The balcony (5 sqm) is adjacent to the bathroom. Here you can enjoy mild summer evenings and the distant view of the picturesque Saal Valley. In the park you will find various other seating options, a fireplace and a Weber gas grill, which can be used jointly. +++Access for guests+++ Upon arrival at Villa Levin, you have free parking on our property. You enter Villa Levin via the main entrance. Right next to the front door is a key safe (labeled "Elfriede") and you can check in independently from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Alternatively, we will be happy to welcome you personally if you wish. +++Other important notes+++ We attach great importance to cleanliness and order, so our apartment is cleaned for you by a professional cleaning company and the sheets and towels are freshly washed by a laundry. To save you stress on arrival day, the beds are already made for you.
