Two private ensuite bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and walk-in closets. One bath has a walk-in shower, the other has a shower/bath tub combination. Baby porta-crib. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and necessities including a Keurig, dishwasher, microwave. Towels and linens are provided. Extra blankets and pillows. Bathroom necessities are provided. Southern facing deck with 2 adirondack chairs for relaxation. Outdoor table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining under a covered patio. Covered front porch with 6 chairs. Just a few blocks walk to downtown Kalkaska - grocery, restaurants, hardware, gas, VFW and many other conveniences. Best pizza around at the Kal Ho. Close to Twin Birch Golf course & Restaurant Dog owners, we need to approve your stay. A dog must be fully trained and left in a crate when guests are not around. Torch Lake sandbar is approximately 15 minutes away. Discover the town of Alden for ice cream, shopping and restaurants. Bellaire has Shorts Brewery, M66 coffee house, Ruthann's bakery and more Traverse City offers a multitude of entertainment, restaurants and live music. Beach with snack bar. Pickleball indoor at the Kaliseum just a few miles away. Also Pickle U in Acme about 15 minutes away. Outdoor in Kewadin and Traverse City. Guest access This is a single family ranch home of which guests will have full access. No access to garage spaces. Unrestricted parking. Other things to note Minimum stay June - August is 30 days.
