It is located: - 10 min drive to Saint-Emilion - 30 min drive from Bordeaux - 1 hour from our beaches (Lacanau, 1.5 hours from Arcachon and Cap Ferret) Surrounded by greenery and nestled in the heart of the Bordeaux countryside, this villa offers an ideal setting for a relaxing vacation, while being close to the famous castles. The space Amenities of our villa: Living room, dining room with sofa, TV, desk area, dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (tablets provided), oven, microwave, Cookeo, Mr. Kitchen, wine cellar, American fridge and coffee machine. Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed, TV, desk area and dressing room. Bedroom 2: 90 cm single bed, desk area and dressing room. Bedroom 3: 90 cm bunk beds, dressing room, with children's toys available. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, shower gel and shampoo provided. Laundry room equipped with a washing machine, with laundry pods at your disposal. Outdoor area: the garden and the exterior of the villa are under development, with swimming pool and terrace Deckchair, garden furniture, barbecue, dining table Upon request, provision of baby equipment such as a travel crib, high chair, etc. Linens and towels are included. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. Guest access Our nomadic villa is located in a peaceful recent subdivision comprising thirteen houses. Access is very convenient, our villa is identified by number 25. Someone will be there to hand you the keys; if you need anything, you can contact us by phone for any assistance upon arrival. You have the option to park two cars on site. Other things to note Housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. The cost is 80 euros. You have the option to do the cleaning yourself, however, if this is not done, a fee will be charged. We have a cat (Dune), who spends more time outside than inside, but who is present all the same ☺️and can ask for hugs :) she is very nice INFORMATION For your shopping, you will find an excellent butcher within walking distance. You can also shop at UTILE COP, there is a wine cellar offering a tasting of cold cuts and delicious red wines. PARTIES It is possible to organize musical evenings in a reasonable manner.
