Sea View with Heated Pool

Our stay is located in the noblest area of Praia dos Ingleses, 50 meters from the sea in a fully structured condominium with swimming pools. The apartment has two balconies with sea views, with an equipped barbecue area and an outdoor dining table. The kitchen is equipped with pots, utensils and stainless steel cutlery without handles, ensuring better hygiene and efficiency in preparing meals. The accommodation has water heating in all faucets. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet. The space Sea View Apartment with two bedrooms, two balconies, living room, equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is an equipped barbecue grill on the balcony. The bedrooms have a double bed and in the living room there is a low bunk bed (two beds overlapping) that should be used as beds for guests and as a sofa, as shown in the photos attached to the listing. The stay has 1 (one) parking space. The condominium has elevators and rotating parking for visitors. The condominium also has an excellent leisure structure, with a large swimming pool and wet bar (only during the summer season), a children's pool with a slide and a heated indoor pool open all year round. In addition, there is a kiosk with two barbecues available to guests upon prior reservation (see conditions directly at the reception - WE DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR GUESTS). The space has a soccer field, children's playground, sand court, game room with 2 table tennis tables, 1 pool table and 1 billiard table. Guest access The condominium has elevators and stairs. Guests must be directly identified at the condominium entrance. Therefore, after booking, guests must provide a photo ID of all guests to the hosts so that, at check-in, the concierge already has the necessary information to allow guests access to the condominium premises. In the apartment, there is a lock that opens with a numerical password that will be provided to guests before the scheduled check-in date. Other things to note 1 - Only small or medium-sized pets up to a maximum of 15 kilos are allowed. 2 - The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, its windows and balconies DO NOT have a safety net. 3 - The stay only has 1 parking space for vehicles. 4 - The region is very safe and there are paid parking lots near the condominium. 5 - During the summer season, the condominium has an outsourced wet bar located in the main pool. 6 - Also during the summer season, the condominium has an outsourced breakfast service, and guests should inquire directly at the entrance about its rules and values. 7 - Next to the condominium is a market with a great bakery; 8 - The condominium offers free daily lending of beach chairs and umbrellas to guests; check availability directly at the entrance. 9 - Check the hours of use of the swimming pools, sauna, game room, wet bar, breakfast and other services offered by the condominium directly at the FRONT DESK.
