Spacious basement apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the heart of South Jordan, UT. Enjoy the entire basement of this beautiful rambler at the end of a cul-du-sac. It enjoys a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a huge, comfy sectional and a quiet room, all with a separate entrance from the rest of the house. It’s a short drive to down town Salt Lake City, Park City, ski resorts, and much more. Owners live upstairs. The space 2 bed, 1 bath. Plush pillow top king bed in a big master bedroom with a walk in closet. Second bedroom is a big room with 2 queen beds. There is a sitting room as well as a large family room with a super comfortable sectional. Kitchen is fully stocked. Guest access Separate entrance through the side yard. 10 steps down to the basement. Other things to note We have a busy family, all 6 of us, and we do live upstairs. We are cognizant of guests, but with 4 kids, one of the special needs, we can’t promise total quiet all the time. We are generally in bed by 9 on school days and 10 or so on non school days. Box fans are available for white noise while you sleep.
