Villa Maria Penthouse

Located in Villa Maria del Triunfo, in Lima's southern cone our apartment was recently completed We call it a Penthouse, it occupies the 3rd and 4th floors Located in safe neighborhood, it is located one half block from the Police Station, and 3 blocks from the electric train which will take you anywhere. The space It a unique space built to accommodate the American owners who visit rarely. A completely equipped home, guests are welcome to use everything, Both 110 and 220 available. Owner's family is on site, so any small requests or help needed is readily available, including shopping and taxi. Guest access Guests have compete access to everything. House is fully equipped to American Standards. 2nd bathroom and laundry are on the fourth floor. Nice view of the city at night, and peaceful area to live. Other things to note Note: Access is available only via a two flights of stairs. In other words one must walk up two flights to get to the apartment.
