Welcome home to The ELM! This newly renovated hidden gem features the most beautiful views on Lake Belton. This home has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and all new appliances. Access to the lake is easy as you walk from the spacious yard down to the lakeside with lighted stairs, and a landscaped trail. Swim, fish, paddleboard or kayak steps from the backyard, which features a covered patio. If boating is more your speed, a marina and boat ramps are just minutes away. The space Discover your lakeside paradise when you step inside The ELM, as a stunning view greets you as soon as you walk through the door! Large lakeside windows allow lake viewing from the majority of the spaces in this beautiful home, while 2 comfy, oversized leather chairs in the sun room invite you to take in the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee or the amazing sunset with a happy hour drink. Relax in the spacious living room watching your favorite shows or sit down to a board game with family. The kitchen features all new appliances, as well as an ice machine to cool down all your drinks. There is plenty of room for dining at The ELM, at the bar top table that seats 4 or at the dining table that seats 6. The master bedroom is a absolute dream, with large windows at the bedside and in the master bathroom, so you can watch the sunrise or set in privacy. A king size bed awaits you after a long day on the lake, and there is extra room for the kids on the queen size sofa bed. Do some reading or work in the reading corner, or rock the baby to sleep in the wooden rocking chair. The master bedroom is spacious enough for all your needs! The bathroom features automatic blinds, as well as a large bathtub, shower and private toilet area. The front bedroom features a king sized bed and full closet, as well as a flat screen TV. The back bedroom is perfect for the kids, as it features 2 full sized beds. Relax on the spacious covered patio while you watch the sunsets, featuring 2 outdoor tables with chairs, 3 rocker chairs, 1 glider and a small firepit for those cold winter nights or summer smores. BBQ for the family with a gas grill, or enjoy the ring game or cornhole in the back yard. When you are ready for lake time, the stairs lead you down to the beautiful water of Lake Belton. Feel free to use the complimentary kayak and kid-sized paddleboards, or bring your own water toys! Once the stairs end, a path leads you to the waters' edge, but please be sure to wear appropriate footwear due to some rocky and uneven areas. Guest access Guests may access all of the main home, with the exception of the owners closet, and 2 owners cabinets located in the master bathroom.
