Delaware Street Apt.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Old New Castle. This new destination is right on Delaware Street, the best street in town! Delaware Street has 5 different restaurants to check out including Zollies (right across the street), Oaxaca Bar and Grill, Nora Lees, Mercury Tea House, and the town favorite Jessops Tavern. Old New Castle also has historic tours and events with it being one of the oldest towns in the US. Don’t forget to take a walk through Battery Park! The space This is an older home built in the 1800’s that was turned into a multi family home in the early 1900’s. The first floor is where the Airbnb is located with spacious bedroom, sunroom, family room, kitchen, and dining room. You will have one parking space in the driveway located next to the building. We recently remodeled the whole first floor to give some nice up to date modern features. You have your own private entrance. We have two other apartments upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floor that are for our tenants. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access Guest will have access to whole first floor of the building and the patio on the side of the property as well as one parking space next to the building that will say Airbnb parking. Other things to note This is an older building so there is no central air. We do have multiple window units in the home for the warmer months. The thermostat in the bedroom controls the whole building an all the radiators. We try to keep it at the perfect temperature so everyone is comfortable. If you get cold we ask that you use the space heater in the closet before asking to turn up the heat. Or if you get hot please use the window units.
