The space This cozy 2-bedroom apartment, covering 50 sqm., is designed to maximize space and offer a comfortable, budget-friendly stay for up to 6 guests. We’ve divided the apartment into two private bedrooms and added a small living area with a dining table and kitchen corner, making it ideal for groups or families who want to enjoy both privacy and convenience. Bedroom 1 – A great option for 2 people with 2 twin beds. This room is cozy and functional for a restful stay. Bedroom 2 – The largest bedroom, with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for extra privacy and comfort. Living Area – A small yet comfortable space with a dining table where you can enjoy your meals together. Kitchen Corner – Equipped for simple cooking, ideal for preparing basic meals or snacks. (Portable hood, Stove,Pots and pans, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle) Bathrooms – The apartment includes 2 bathrooms for added convenience, one of which is ensuite to Bedroom 3. Despite its compact size, this apartment is thoughtfully laid out to ensure guests have everything they need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Guest access Guests can access all second floor area. Other things to note Things to Note: - This unit is on the second floor of the townhouse, with access via a spiral staircase at the front of the house. (Please note that the stairs are narrow, but we provide a cargo lift for your heavy luggage for convenience.) - The apartment is compact in size. If you're coming with 6 people, the extra guests (after 4 persons) will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. (Please note that when the sofa is extended, the living space will be very small.) - The apartment is located on a busy street next to the beach and a popular party area, so it can be noisy, especially at night. - We do not provide drinks in the apartment. - There is no cleaning service during your stay, and towels will not be changed. - Only one set of keys will be provided for the apartment, so please keep it safe. - The price includes all utilities usage (electricity, water), with no extra fees.
