Location, Location, Location!

Fenced yard (dogs welcome), safe walking neighborhood (Lake Erie lakefront park, takeout, stores). Central to Rt 90, 2, 271, half hour to Cleveland Clinic, Fairport Harbor, Headlands Beach. Minutes to iconic DT Willoughby & Metro Parks. Passing through w/others (our awesome neighbor has an Airbnb across the street). The only thing we can't offer (yet); 5-Star bathroom. New pedestal sink, toilet. Tub/shower clean, not glamorous. Hospitality background meets Miss Congeniality. You'll feel at home. The space Single family home ideally central to everything. Located in a mature, charming, quiet neighborhood. Lower level private bedroom for one (your pet(s) welcome). In-room work space with internet access. Washer and dryer (right outside your bedroom door, use them at no extra cost). Plenty of off-street parking. You'll never be in the way. Coming to town with a camper or U-haul? We have room! You will feel at home when you stay with us. Guest access You will have your own code for keypad access to home during your stay. Enter from the front porch. Private guest room is located down a set of stairs on the lower level of the home (does have a personal door lock). During your stay We live and work in the home, generally available 24/7. We tend to keep to ourselves, but can be great conversationalists if you're interested in chatting, need help, or want to know anything about the area. Special requests and meals available, let us know what you need. Other things to note I work from home and my young adult son lives at home too, but is often working outside of the home. We are both quiet but busy people. I work most of the time in my office. I can be social if you like to chat, but I most likely keep to myself. "mi casa es su casa" Make yourself at home, our home is your home while you are here. The main floor is an open floor plan, make yourself comfortable and feel free to use all kitchen supplies to make your meals. I'm a previous dog owner, so your dog(s) will be welcome (we even have a few things you might need- let us know if Milkbone treats are allowed). Yes, we do have white furniture, but we prepare for pets by covering them. My son has one cat who is eventually social with people, but will stay away from K-9's. Do not pet the cat's belly, no matter how cute he is. He will want to play with you (and he has claws and will use them).
