For groups of 8 people or less, we have Two king size beds, one queen size bed, one twin-over-full bunk bed; 4 additional twin folding beds for groups beyond 8 people. Fully furnished home located in a quiet hill-side neighborhood, with easy access to the freeway and shopping centers. ### See additional notes below about the folded beds and large groups ### Other things to note The folding beds are normally locked and reserved for groups larger than 8 people. Groups of 8 people or less are expected to use other beds in the rooms which can sleep at least 2 people each. If you have special needs that need to use those folding beds, please let us know as early as you can, so we can coordinate accordingly.
