Propane stove and fully equipped kitchen plus fresh ground coffee! BBQ grill & fire pit with plenty of wood close by & picnic table~The real Alaskan experience! We have dedicated a precious spot to hang your hat in my little camper I lived in for 8 summers! You are minutes away from some fantastic hiking trails, world class fishing, mountain biking (we loan out!) or wander over to the Princess Lodge for a nice meal or beverage on their amazing porch overlooking the Kenai River! Our guests are encouraged to wander around to take in the spectacular view of the Kenai River from our bluff. There are great hiking trails right from the property and the Princess Lodge is a nice 10 minute walk away! Mike and I are more than willing to help out with plans or local knowledge of cool things to do, where to eat, what activities we enjoy and that you may too! If you are bringing a dog, you MUST let us know well in advance so we can do a "meet-n-greet" with our dogs when you arrive. Our newest addition has shown to be reactive and protective and we want to do everything possible to avoid conflict. We want your dogs to be as happy as you are! We are very removed from the business of a typical 'Alaskan summer'. We only ask that things don't get too rowdy as there are neighbors through the woods that we respect.
