Welcome to a serene single-floor home in a peaceful Rowland Heights community. With stylish décor and a calming atmosphere, it’s ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Walmart, Target, Stater Bros, and GW Asian Supermarket. Major attractions are within easy reach: Disneyland (17 miles), Hollywood (30 miles), and LAX (35 miles). This is our family home, and we live here as well. We welcome guests to enjoy a comfortable and private stay. The space *Important Information to Review Before Booking* Please check the amenities that we provided. 💕This room features a comfortable queen-size bed and a remodeled private bathroom. For your convenience, we provide complimentary shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer (located in the drawer). 🤫 quiet hours: 11:00pm—6:00 am 💡No Kitchen Access: The kitchen is not available for guest use. However, essential appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator are provided for light meal preparation. 📢Laundry: Washer and dryer facilities are not available. 📺TV : is not provided TV in the living room is not for guest use. 📢House Rules: No pets 🐶allowed. My kids are allergic to cats and dogs fur, I can also provide Lab reports. For the safety and security of all guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property during the reservation. No visitors are allowed at any time, including daytime visits. No babies👶, as the room does not include a crib. Smoking 🚬, vaping, and the use of marijuana are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the house to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Slippers are provided by the entrance after you get in. We respectfully request that all guests adhere to our house rules to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Non-compliance with these rules may result in a request to vacate the premises. *Additional Notes* Towels are provided exclusively for personal use (e.g., drying the body). Any misuse or damage to towels will result in a fine. The rate covers accommodation for one guest. Additional guests will incur an extra charge. The room has a maximum occupancy of two people. 🅿️Parking Guidelines Guests may park in the driveway if space is available in front of the garage. If the driveway is full, street parking is permitted. However, we provide a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator for light meal preparation. You are welcome to use the sink to wash or rinse anything—no problem. There is also ice in the fridge; please feel free to use it. *We have a small coffee station around the corner near the kitchen, as well as a water dispenser for your convenience. *You are also welcome to use the refrigerator in the living room to store your food. *Please note: The TV in the living room is not available for guest use. Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the house to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Slippers are provided by the entrance after you get in. Additionally, my family lives on the other side of the house. If you prefer complete privacy, this may not be the best fit.
