Beach, Island and Waterfall | 3-minute walk to the beach

Family house, inside the Praia do Prumirim condominium with 24-hour security and 250 meters from Prumirim beach. We have the purity of the Atlantic Forest and birdsong. Within the neighborhood, you can walk both paved streets and trails, in addition to having a lagoon, waterfall and the island. The nearest market is 8 km away, and I always advise traveling with food for breakfast and snacks. Beach kiosks serve tasty dishes for lunch and evening dinners at downtown restaurants. For example, laundry, barbecue, oven, shower. Other things to note As the house is located in the Atlantic Forest, I ask that you do not throw garbage in the woods and keep the screens closed. As it is a beach house, I kindly ask that you do not sit wet on the chairs with fabric cushions, hammocks, beds, and sofa. Municipal law prohibits dogs on the beach, and the condominium rule states that dogs must be on a leash when walking on the streets. Property voltage - 110v The house has a natural and cold water filter. To avoid clogging the pipes, wash your feet in the shower at the entrance to the house to remove sand. Bed linens, towels and toiletries are NOT provided. (MUNICIPAL RULE - because we are not a guesthouse) Power may be cut off and consequently the internet will be down. The reserve gas is in the gas house at the back of the house. (If you need to change it, just let me know so I can arrange another one).
