Piccola Renna Studio

The Petit Renne studio is a 5-minute walk from the center of Limone. Access to the Severino Bottero gondola is 5 minutes away by car. There is also a very convenient shuttle service just outside the residence. The balcony has a magnificent view of the Col de Tende and the ski runs. We put a lot of heart into this studio, which is very well equipped and comfortable. We hope you will enjoy it. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. The space There are several free, shared covered parking lots. The washing machine is located at the bottom of the building, very convenient, with a drying area. There is also a playground for children. The kids have a lot of fun! The residence also has a gym with an elliptical trainer, a bike, and a treadmill. You will find a large closet with shelves and a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers in the bathroom. Other things to note A bus at the entrance of the residence takes you directly to the Severino gondola in 5 minutes. (It's uphill to get there) A little higher up, at the Maneggio, you have a nice slope for beginners and a toboggan run for the little ones. The Chalet 1400 ski area is 15 minutes away. In the residence, there are common rooms on the 2nd floor with a pool table, ping pong and foosball. Very lively with children! The residence also has 2 tennis courts and a large table with 2 barbecues. IMPORTANT: The tourist tax in Limone is 2 euro/day per person.
