This stunning log cabin is perched up on a quiet road in the highly desirable Waterville Estates. Well appointed with plenty of space for the whole family (even the pups!) Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the large front porch, or hang out in the finished basement and shoot some pool while enjoying a drink. Resort amenities on-site include indoor/outdoor pools & hot tubs, dining and bar options, pond for swimming, a downhill ski mountain w/lift and a large trail system for hiking/snow shoeing. The space Enter up a flight of stairs into a mudroom where you can store your gear and boots. There is a full bathroom on the main level, a king primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a queen bedroom. This level also offers a large open concept kitchen/living/dining area, complete with well stocked kitchen and gas fireplace. The upper level opens to a loft with a desk, a bunk room with 4 twins, a queen bedroom and a full common bathroom. The walkout basement is fully finished with an additional living area, a bar, pool table, record player with a vinyl collection, and games for the family. There is an additional entrance with mudroom on the basement level. EV charger on site. PLEASE NOTE: Waterville Estates is a resort village tucked in the heart of the White Mountains. On-site amenities include: 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, all heated indoor and outdoor hot tubs locker rooms, fitness facilities, game room multiple dining/bar options pond for fishing/kayaking and swimming with diving raft tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts 6 plus miles of walking/hiking/snowshoeing trails Downhill Ski mountain with lift and summit lounge cross country skiiing trails playground horseshoe pits please see day pass fee schedule in listing access notes YOU WILL NEED A VEHICLE WITH 4WD/AWD TO TRAVEL WITHIN THE ESTATES, AND UP THE DRIVEWAY TO THE HOUSE. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of some closets that are locked for owner use. GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE one pass to the rec center is included, day passes will need to be purchased for remaining guests. We only allow 10 guests in the cabin, so only 10 guests will be allowed entry into the rec building.
