There is a full bathroom on the main level, a king primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a queen bedroom. This level also offers a large open concept kitchen/living/dining area, complete with well stocked kitchen and gas fireplace. The upper level opens to a loft with a desk, a bunk room with 4 twins, a queen bedroom and a full common bathroom. The walkout basement is fully finished with an additional living area, a bar, pool table, record player with a vinyl collection, and games for the family. There is an additional entrance with mudroom on the basement level. EV charger on site. PLEASE NOTE: Waterville Estates is a resort village tucked in the heart of the White Mountains. We only allow 10 guests in the cabin, so only 10 guests will be allowed entry into the rec building.
