Fresh and clean room in a modern new build town house. The bedroom is on the top floor, up two flights of stairs. It’s a quiet room with blackout curtains and a blackout roller blind. You have your own dedicated bathroom alongside. There is also a small fridge with tea/coffee/milk and basic breakfast available. Unfortunately the price does not include the use of kitchen, without prior approval. The space Town house with shared corridor to your bedroom and bathroom. Parking is kerbside, and opposite. On site parking can be provided upon prior agreement. Guest access Use of bedroom, and bathroom. Off road parking is available upon request. Other things to note Please respect the house rules as outlined and likely as discussed with myself. Please don’t expect to be able to use the entire house as your own. Washing and any intended use of kitchen during your stay should be outlined in your messages prior to booking. The booking is for the room, and bathroom only. If you require off road parking this can be accommodated but again would need to be agreed prior to arrival, otherwise it’s kerbside parking and there’s always a space nearby.
