The space The property has an area of 350 m2 and is fully furnished. Amenities you'll be able to enjoy. OUTDOOR: 1) The house offers a pool with a splash pool for the exclusive use of guests. It measures 7x3x1.5 and has solar panels and a heat pump. In cold weather months, the water may not be warm due to the ambient temperature. Maintenance and application of chemicals is done between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM and it can be used again until after 12:00 PM. For extended reservations, maintenance schedules may be adjusted. Other things to note - Due to the subdivision's regulations, bands, musical groups, and/or DJs are not allowed. - There is a quiet time from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Pool maintenance is carried out between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, and after this time it can no longer be used. (Applies to rent for 1 night). - We recommend bringing mosquito repellent. - This property accepts a maximum of 10 people. Entering more people than this number without prior authorization may result in the cancellation of the reservation or an additional charge.
