Tiny Home highlights: *Our tiny home boasts a well-equipped kitchen (with Keurig coffee maker, full size fridge and freezer, microwave convection oven, electric cooktop, and air-fryer), living room with fireplace, TV, books and games. The console table opens up to a full dining room table with two chairs stored inside. Pull out to enjoy a meal or use as a desk. *For your convenience Roku is operating in Guest Mode. You may bring your own logins which will be automatically erased at checkout. *A s’mores bar is kept stocked for our guests and a hot cocoa bar is added during ski season. *A sleeping loft accessible by stairs with queen size bed, wall sconce lighting and outlets for charging your devices (you cannot stand in the loft as this is a true tiny home RV). The downstairs bathroom features a tiled shower with washer/dryer combo, sink and toilet. Spa robes are in the linen closet along with a supply of towels and extra blankets. * Outdoors relax on the huge deck with mountain and pond views or by the fire pit or in the hot tub under ambience string lighting. *Please note that due to the loft bedroom the tiny home may be unsuitable for infants or children under 12 as the stairs and loft railing could be a safety hazard. We offer two other cabins nearby that are suitable for all age groups. This cabin is also NOT pet friendly however we do have another cabin that is perfectly suited for your fur babies. It is only 8 1/2 feet wide by 26 feet long and the loft is a sleeping space that has limited headroom. Please be aware that you cannot stand up in the sleeping loft. *Our check in time is 4 pm. We send a message when the tiny home is ready, and you may check in even if it's earlier than your normal check in time (at no extra charge). *Although we do not allow pets at Wildwood, we are FHA and ADA compliant and allow service animals. As such, this home is not guaranteed to be an allergy free home. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before booking. *For guests arriving in winter, early spring or late fall, please be mindful of the weather. The privately maintained gravel road leading to the cabin may become icy. Between November and March a 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicle with good tires IS NECESSARY. *Wooded areas are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and insects. We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the cabin. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. Refunds for reports of bed bugs will not be automatically refunded and the cost for inspection for false claims will be charged to you. *To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
