Sproul- Family-Friendly Lake Retreat with Firepit

Sproul Cottage is a warm, welcoming East Texas retreat designed for families and friends who want to spend time together. Watch the sunrise from your covered porch, explore the lake and surrounding area during the day, and take in the stars at night while sitting around your private fire pit. Guests enjoy full access to OCJ resort amenities, including the pool, spa, hammock park and small boats. The space The cottage has an open floor plan with the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space downstairs. The second bedroom is an upstairs loft with 2 twin beds. They are accessible by ladder. The ladder is not suitable for young children. The loveseat is a convertible loveseat and is another sleeping option for guests that cannot use the loft. This cottage is wheel chair accessible with a ramp to the front door and a wider doorway. It also has a large accessible shower. Guest access We are on 12 acres with over 1200 feet of waterfront access. Feel free to explore our grounds. We have a small valley trail in a wooded area that also has an "animal" scavenger hunt for the kids. We have a complimentary kayak, canoe and row boat for guests to explore the lake. Relax in our pool area and hammock yard. Other things to note We have a total of 4 cottages and an event space for rent.
