The Station Downtown Troy

Originally built in 1920as a Sinclair Gas Station and used throughout the years as numerous things, this space has been turned into a perfect getaway location in Downtown Troy right off the bustling Square. The Station has an open floor plan with a spacious king size bed, comfortable couch, kitchenette area, full bathroom and half bathroom. In addition, the outdoor area includes a screened in back porch with gas fire pit, a private courtyard area with grill, swing and lounging area. The space The Station is conveniently located in the heart of Historic Downtown Troy, Alabama. One block from The Square, this space is perfectly equipped for your day of shopping or eating Downtown or enjoying a night out on the town. From casual to fine dining, Downtown Troy offers a variety of enjoyable eateries and shopping opportunities. The station is only minutes from Troy University, Troy Sports and Recreation Center and more. This is a great getaway option or perfect if you're in town for work! There is also a grassy lawn located beside The Station, which is perfect for you and your pets to enjoy. This space is ideal for visiting Downtown Troy, Troy University, The City of Troy and surrounding areas. The Station is pet friendly for well mannered pets. Guest access The Station was recognized in the Alabama Living magazine. Guests have full access to The Station's building including kitchenette, outdoor gas fire pit and grill, WiFi and a Smart TV. Other things to note We take pride in making our guests comfortable and hope they enjoy their stay in our little place. The Station is located in the historic area of downtown Troy which is located close to a train track. If you feel like the noise (which we don't have control of) will reflect negatively from a five-star review, we will completely understand if you need to cancel and stay in a quieter environment. It doesn't bother most guests due to the history and the nostalgic feel. Most of all we want you to be comfortable in our lovely town of Troy.
