Complementing its impressive interior are a green tiled, saltwater in-ground swimming pool (not heated) and an irrigated grass tennis court, nestled among towering gum trees that provide a private, bush-like atmosphere perfect for entertainment and relaxation. Additional features include a double carport with built-in storage, a butler's laundry, a combustion fire, R/C air conditioning, and security measures for peace of mind. Guest access There is a key safe located at the front of the property and an access code will be sent to you 2 hours before check in. Please place the key back in the safe before you leave. Guests have access to all areas of the house and grounds including the pool and lawn tennis court. We live in the house next door and some of the backyard area is blocked off for our personal use. There is a locked shed which is not accessible. Other things to note The area of our estate is approximately 7000m², and we employ a part-time groundskeeper who may access the backyard during the day. He is responsible for maintaining the gardens, lawn, and pool. We will inform you if he needs to enter the backyard during your stay, but please note that he never enters the house.
