Guests have access to all areas of the house and grounds including the pool and lawn tennis court. We live in the house next door and some of the backyard area is blocked off for our personal use. There is a locked shed which is not accessible. Other things to note The area of our estate is approximately 7000m², and we employ a part-time groundskeeper who may access the backyard during the day. He is responsible for maintaining the gardens, lawn, and pool. We will inform you if he needs to enter the backyard during your stay, but please note that he never enters the house.
