I actually live in this home. Peaceful, quiet, very safe neighborhood. CLE Airport is just 5 minutes away. I provide transportation services if needed. Park & Fly option also available. Just off this area is a small hallway leading to your Bedroom. It is Bedroom #2 and the Door has a "2" on it for easy identification. This particular listing is with a SHARED bathroom. It will be the Master Bathroom located off the Dining Room. You would be sharing the Bathroom with me, the Owner, and I gladly will work around your schedule. The Kitchen (currently being remodeled 9/1/25) is also a shared space if you care to use it. I can easily make refrigerator space and/or freezer space if needed. Microwave available. This home is located in Brook Park, Ohio. It is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Extremely safe. Driveway parking Only. Guests are to park in the Turn-Around area of the Driveway. Guest access Of course, you have exclusive use of your bedroom. You can occupy the Front Covered Porch, the Backyard Patio, both the Front and Back yard. Again, you will have a SHARED bathroom, the Master Bathroom which will be shared with me, the owner. You also can use the kitchen even though it is currently being remodeled as of 9/1/25. Refrideration/Freezer space available if needed. Microwave available. During your stay You can enjoy as much solitude and privacy as you would like. You should feel free to interact with me as much as you would like. I am here to assist you with any questions you might have. I aim to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. At any time, you can contact me on my cell. My number is listed on the "White Dry-Erase Board" located in the Kitchen and is also the number listed on the Airbnb Listing (once a booking actually occurs) Other things to note My main line of business is Personal / Private Driving. I can provide you my transportation services at a cheaper rate than any other service. You may also opt to Keep Your Car at my home if you are traveling. Again, the cheapest rate you will find. So basically a PARK & FLY, or a PARK-SLEEP-FLY arrangement. As of 09-01-25, there is a very extensive kitchen remodel underway. Refrigerator / Freezer space available as well as microwave.
