Please make yourself at home and hopefully the below items help you do just that! -Cozy bedrooms including two king beds and bunkbeds with memory foam mattresses, charging side tables, and extra pillows/blankets for a good nights rest. -Smart TVs in family room and each bedroom so you can kick back and enjoy your favorite streaming services -Board games for FUN nights in -Washer and Dryer in-unit with complimentary laundry detergent - no need to worry about laundry facilities -Dedicated workspaces in unit with complimentary high speed Wifi -Fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm - the kitchen is stocked with small appliances, stainless steel appliances, serving dishes, and kid dishes too! -Complimentary coffee station including ground coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Enjoy a cup of Joe your first morning here on us! -Complimentary popcorn station including air popper, kernels and seasoning. Have a snack upon checking in on us! -Dining room with a table set for 6 and bar stools to accommodate everyone during meal times. -Bathrooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Each guest receives a unique PIN code valid only for the duration of their stay—no keys to lose, and no shared access. It’s a simple, secure way to check in anytime. Other things to note Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. This is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony. The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee. For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests. We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance if you need anything. To maintain a smooth and respectful experience for all guests, the following fees may apply: - Late Move-Out Fee: $200 - Broken Items: Charged at replacement cost - Lost Fob: $75 - Lost Parking Pass: $25 each - Neighbor Disturbance Fee: $200 - Smoking Fee (inside the unit): $1,000 - Additional Housekeeping (optional): $120 These fees help us preserve the quality of the space and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
