Quiet location on the outskirts 1

Non-smoking room (3 beds, one of which is a single bed that can be pulled out into a double bed with a width of 1.80 m) in the lower ground floor of a semi-detached house in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. Minimum stay 2 nights. The space The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people (3 beds, one of which is a single bed that can be pulled out into a double bed with a width of 1.80 m). If available, it is possible to book another bed in a single room (see my listing "Quiet location on the outskirts 2") and another single to double room with a 1.40 m wide double bed (see my listing "Quiet location on the outskirts 3"). Guest access Unrestricted access to the room is possible at any time. The well-equipped shared kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster... invites you to linger and cook. For guests, there is a separate refrigerator in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen (dining room in the next room). The dining room can be used jointly for eating. The shared bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. During your stay If you need help, you can contact me directly during your stay or reach me by mobile at any time if I am absent. Other things to note The location offers opportunities for day trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea. The Kieler Hörn and natural beaches are within a few minutes by car, train or bus. The nearest bus stop is approx. 350 meters (5-minute walk) and the train stop about 700 meters from the property. By bus it is about 30 minutes, by train about 15 minutes to Kiel main train station. The nearest supermarket is a good one and the nearest shopping center is a good two kilometers from my house. The Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel is about 6.5 kilometers away. It takes about 15 minutes by car, about 20 minutes by bike and between 45 and 60 minutes by bus, depending on the connection. If you need a laundry facility for your laundry during your stay here and visit the university regularly, I recommend using one of two laundromats within walking distance of the university. From the property, the nearest laundromat is approx. 5 kilometers away. By bus it is about 30 and by bike about 15 minutes.
