1920 Cottage: Close to CoMo, Capitol, Katy Trail

My country cottage home (this is my home)offers ample space for everyone with 4 bedrooms across 3 levels, front porch, back deck, and back patio with pool. Kitchen: Cook & serve a family group, offering coffee, drinks, snacks. The space My 105 year old home (my personal home) on Main Street, USA will transport you back in time to a slower, calmer, quieter, friendlier time. Neighbors walk, run, bike , wave and say hello. You could walk to the local pizza parlor or convenience store. State Capitol, museums, historical sites, Katy Trail, downtown restaurants and pubs, play and water parks all within 2 miles. I love my home and spend my time making it my personal oasis. I have added tiered landscaping, country gardens, soaking salt pool, sliding barn doors, metal ceilings and roof. Cozy, comfy 1920s feel. Inviting. Relaxing. It is a 105 year old home with slanted floors and uneven settling so some doors may not align 100% and a marble will roll from corner to another. I love what has been. Three steps to enter home. Level 3: 2 bedrooms and full bath. Four Seasons Room can be set up with a King or two twins. The Sunrise Room has a queen. Level 1: If unused, I may stay here. It contains a bedroom with two twins. Washer and dryer. if needed just ask. Currently, level 1 is being finished so only part is available and the other part is still basement. Osiris, my outside cat accesses this level for his food/water. Front porch with patio furniture, ceiling fan, and Chimea. Wood supplied. Keep fires small and monitored, please. Osiris may sleep on chairs. Please flip cushions for human sitting. 🙂 🐈‍⬛ Back deck with loveseat, ceiling fan, and shades to enclose warmth from electric heater (Fall/Winter) or to block sun (Spring/Summer). Wood supplied. Please keep fire monitored. Let me know in advanced if wanted. It can raise the pool water 10-15 degrees in about 2 hours. Osiris may sleep on chairs.
