You will be able to visit one of our three colleges in only minutes. Take a stroll down at Downtown Conway and explore local restaurants and shops. Our property has easy access to I-40 and is only 30 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 Queen beds and 1 full bed. All bedrooms come with closets and drawer space. It also has 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other a bath tub. The open flow of the house allows for our guest to be in the kitchen, dinning table, and living room all at once. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities needed. The back yard is fenced and has plenty of space to spend a lovely afternoon with your family. The garage allows for a more safe place for your vehicle. You will have access to plenty of parking spaces and can spend a good nights rest in a quiet area. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, 3/4 of an acre, and a garage.
