Stone cabin

We are 50 minutes (40km) from Monte Verde! Our place is very cozy and beautiful. Anyone who comes here always says they don't imagine how cool it is. We have a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, lake, pula pula, Volley mini-quadra and viewpoint. It is surrounded by nature and tranquility. Nearby there are trails for those that likes hiking, dam for those who like to paddle, waterfalls, paragliding flight, rafting, climbing and others. Note: Our place is not suitable for people with disabilities because it has a staircase The space Permacultural house: On the ground floor there is a full kitchen, dining table, small living area, bathrooms with two toilets, one mictorio and two showers. Upstairs there is the loft-like dorm with 1 king-size bed, 3 bunk beds and 2 single mattresses. Pool: Our pool is 16 m length x 11 m width and 1.82 m background. On one side of the length of the pool is a beach 1 meter wide with 1.2 meters of background. The pool is on the foot of a large stone that captures the solar heat and passes to the pool. It has multi-colored indoor lighting. We have several lounger chairs around the pool. Hot tub: Our jacuzzi holds up to 7 people. It is heated by gas and electricity and can always keep the temperature at the desired level. It also has indoor lighting of various colors. Pula Pula: Our pula pula sleeps up to 4 people up to 70 kilos each. If they are children or adolescents, it can accommodate up to 6 people, where it does not exceed 280 kilos in total Volley Mini Square - It's located at the top of our land. It is next to a lake and has a half-height fence around to help prevent the ball from leaving the court. Lake: is next to Volley's Miniquadra. It is 26 m length x 9 m width and is not very deep. The water supply of this lake comes from two springs that in times of drought can greatly decrease and therefore lower the level of the entire lake. Lookout: it is above the stone where the pool is. It is a small space with a wonderful view of the Mantiqueira mountain range. Guest access I provide a complete permacultural house here at my Site! Guests have access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, lake, pula, Volley's mini frame and the entire outdoor area! Our Site usually has works in progress. Our house is located next to the permacultural house and is on the same plot of land. We are always available to help guests with whatever is necessary. Other things to note We are 50 minutes (40km) from Monte Verde!! We like to maintain everyone's peace of mind. That's why we ask to avoid loud music and loud noises after 23:00 pm We do not allow guests to bring pets because here we have dogs and cats and it can be a lot of trouble. We also do not allow smoking inside the room. On the ground floor there is an opening to the side of the stone wall that in winter seasons lowers the temperature of this room. This is taken care of with small alcohol fireplaces that we make available at these times.
