The space the accommodation is located on the first floor of a renovated barn belonging to a farmhouse (in which I live with my husband). The accommodation is new and completely independent. This 44 m2 living space includes a living room, a dining room, an open kitchen: everything is modular. A workspace is provided. A corridor leads to the bedrooms of each 11 m2 and to the bathroom equipped for easy use. Storage space is available in the hallway. Heating and cooling systems operate with an air-source heat pump. A laundry room is available on the ground floor with a private access door. Parking is available at the private entrance to the apartment.
